How to make your search
For a selected Academic Year, you can search the Catalogue in a number of different ways to find the Module(s) you're looking for as quickly as possible:
| • | If you happen to know some or all of the Module Code (that it begins with "MAN", for example), select Search by Code and then click the Next button |
| • | To limit your search to Modules which are provided by one particular School or Department, select Search by Provider. |
| • | To search for a key word or phrase in the Module's Title and/or Outline Syllabus, click Search for Keywords. |
Whichever search method you choose, you can add some or all of its results to your "Module Basket". This can be viewed and edited whenever you wish, and will hold several sets of results — up to a maximum of 500 Modules at any one time — perhaps obtained by using different search criteria.
When you have a Module set with which you're happy, you can view the full details from the "Basket" Page in either a screen- or a print-friendly format. You can also print directly from that page, or "Save Page as. . . Web Page, HTML only" to your local hard disk, as a file to be browsed and/or printed later.
